Mini upgrade for HuGGler based on our discussion with Institute of Mental Health (IMH).
One example is the “Huggler”. The monkey-like Huggler robot is being used to help the elderly in reducing depression, and to diagnose mental conditions such as dementia.
Here is a roundup of possible ways HuGGler can assist elderly. HuGGler also intends to assists healthcare givers by providing them tools to monitor the mental condition of elderly.
Last week HuGGler was taken by an authority for “questioning”. Hope he will be back next week to resume his duty of making people happy and comfort. More details on this incident next week. Stay tuned for more details.
